Shipping policy

Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production before it is shipped.

Production Time:

• Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.
• During busy seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time

After production is completed, your order will be shipped. Estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 4–10 business days
• Canada: 6–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Product type
• Quantity ordered

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions on select items or orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment leaves the production facility.

Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different production facilities. This means you may receive your items in multiple packages at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

If the package is returned to the sender, we may be able to reship the order, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

• Please allow the full estimated shipping time to pass.
• Contact us if your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment.

We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order and provide assistance.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

• Import taxes
• Customs duties
• Local handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
